FCC assures WorldCom customers
The Federal Communications Commission on Friday tried to calm WorldCom customers who are jamming the agency’s phone lines and e-mail boxes with messages expressing fears that their telephone service will be suddenly cut off owing to the company’s unprecedented bankruptcy filing.
